We have a very odd shaped bed. Not quite a California king not an Alaskan king not a Wyoming king just an odd shape. The sheets they made for us fit perfectly and the 600 thread count, they’re comfortable they’re beautiful to look at and I would highly recommend this company. Shipping took a little long, but I can live with that for the quality of the product I got.

The sheets seem fine but are definitely darker than I expected. From the picture, which is very brightly lit, and the description 'sand' I expected a lighter color. There seems to be no way these can be exchanged.

Sheet is great but very disappointed that they are not manufactured in the USA as when you look at the website it makes you think all products made by custom mattress factory are from the USA. Also took a long time for shipping due to the fact it was coming from India

We have an oddball bed size, one that is wider than it is deep. This because we needed room for our dog, lol, and we are short people. Imagine a Calif. King turned sideways. Custom sheets fit great and are really comfortable.

I ordered a custom sheet set for the bed on my boat. It was sized to accommodate a mattress topper. The customer service person walked me through how to measure for it. It arrived last week and it fits great. Sheets and pillow cases are beautiful and very soft. Love them.

We purchased a set of sheets when we we bought a new mattress from this company. They are the best sheets we've ever had! They are high quality and just keep getting softer with each wash. We were thrilled to find we could get a split queen set from them and have purchased two more sets since the first one. Can't say enough about the customer service and products!

Ordered custom sheets for my RV. They were delivered within two weeks. The quality and feel of sheets is excellent. Most important the custom size was spot on. The sheets were a little large right out of the package, but after washing the fit is perfect. Highly recommend these sheets.

Very happy with the mattress, quick shipping. As for the sheets and mattress pads wasn't happy with they quality of workmanship of the items for what you pay and how long it took to get them. And also had some issues with customer service when asking questions.

Kind of unhappy after buying a brand new top of your line mattress, @ 2 full sets of sheets I had to spend another $53 to get2 additional pillowcases. Because my mattress is 43” and not 48” I only get one pillowcase. Doesn’t feel right The mattress is very nice thought and I really like the sheets

On our product page, we do note that mattress sizes under 48” include one pillowcase and sizes 48” and above include two. My Temperpudic king-size mattress was challenging to measure in general and also because it varies by 1/4 inch in height, width, and length on one side of the bed. I called Customer Support and was told to round up to the larger measurement. The sheets I received are swimming on the bed with a pucker in each corner of the bed (see pictures). As requested 11 days ago, I sent pictures of the measurements and also the sheets on the bed in a ZIP file and Google Drive link. I have asked them to confirm receipt of the email and heard nothing. I will say the sheets are lovely—quality sewing and soft—but of no use to me if they swim and shift on the bed. (I have an adjustable base on the bed and was hoping the custom size sheets would minimize the problem with the sheets shifting.)

I just had the opportunity to have guests stay on the camping cots I use for "overflow" conditions. I had ordered sheets to fit the cots and they are perfect. I didn't even feel bad making my 70 year old friends sleep on cots! I also have custom sheets for my unusual van conversion and they are all exactly what I need.

The sheets fit wonderfully and I love the color, but I didn’t realize that Egyptian Cotton needed to be washed (several times) to make them nice and soft!

I purchased a custom mattress and two sets of sheets from "Custom mattress factory ", The sales rep never asked if I wanted standard or king pillow cases with our sheets. As a man who has never purchased sheets before I did not know there were options. I called to exchange for the proper size and they refused to exchange them. Instead charge me $100 for new ones. No discount, full price. Their answer was they wouldn't exchange the cases because it states it on their website. How was the common male person to know this. Terrible service!
