I sleep on the dinette in our camper and the seat cushions were not all that comfortable. I am so happy we ordered a custom mattress for it. I get such a great night's sleep and the custom fitted sheet that we also purchased was perfect. It's a perfect fit and I don't bottom out on it. It may only be 4" thick but it stays nice and firm.

I purchased a Class B RV and the original cushions just didn’t hold up for me. So I googled and found Custom Mattress Factory. I spoke with Cait and she helped me thru the purchase process. When I received the mattresses I took them to a boat upholstery place and had them covered to keep everything easy to clean. Thank you CMF for doing what you do.

I received my mattress yesterday and it's PERFECT!! Thank you for all of you help! Ps: fed ex delivered it to the wrong address/a clothing store. I had to go pick it up. I have filed a complaint with Fed-Ex. You may want to rethink your delivery options.

We just received our mattress that arrived in a small box. We opened it up and voila it puffed up to full size. Laying on it feels great but we will have to come back and fully review once we've had a few weeks sleeping on it.

I order the medium firm and every morning I wake up with a serious back ache. It is extremely firm. If ICould compress it for shipping I would send it back. Your medium firms are more firm than expected.. Dissatisfied Customer

Contacted CMF and requested a 70 x 80 Extra Firm Mattress. The Mattress arrived way before the Date Expected. The Mattress was very well packaged and Easy to unpack and set-up. The Best part is it is FIRM and way better than what came in the RV.

The 6 inch Levi mattress are a major upograde from the original mattresses in our RV. They are a perfect fit for our unusual size beds. The quality is what you would expect in a mattress for your home. The comfort is outstanding! The foam provides good support and isn't too hard. It's not memory foam, so you don't sink down into it and it doesn't overheat you. The matresses are lightweight enough so we can easily pull them off the beds to access plumbing and storage compartments underneath. And delivery was quicker than expected! We couldn't be happier.

My custom-made mattress arrived quickly which is great. And it is the correct dimensions. However the overall quality is just okay. It's just a simple piece of foam with fabric sewn on to cover it. The stitching does not look super professional; the seams are uneven instead of straight, it's not smooth in several areas, and one corner is wonky. I will not be surprised if this stitching doesn't hold long. Considering all this company does is mattresses I expected (hoped?) this would be really well done, but it's just okay. Nice, helpful folks in customer service, so I appreciate that.

The website makes it easy to order the correct size. Fits perfect in our camper. The only problem it is uncomfortable to sleep on but since all the mattress are custom ordered we are stuck with it.

I ordered a custom size Levi mattress for our jayco jayflight bunk room. The mattress the trailer came with is basically a piece of crap foam (not memory foam) teddy mattress. It sunk instantly. I guess it’s for 30 lb children. It is an unusual size 38x73. I ordered from Custom Mattress Factory an 7 inch thick 38x73 Levi mattress and it is absolutely fantastic! The mattress is of great quality and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this mattress. It was reasonably priced too! Other places were much more costly. Shipping was pretty speedy, especially considering the mattress was custom made. I searched around before choosing Custom Mattress Factory, and I’m really glad I chose them. I believe there is also a lengthy warranty. Adults are sleeping on this mattress and we really like it. Look no further this is where you want to shop!
