Super happy with my purchase of a custom sized twin mattress to fit into a little sleeping loft I made over the staircase. Easy order, pretty quick delivery. Easy to handle vacuum packed mattress. Expanded quickly. No horrible off gassing and it’s super comfortable.
C
Very easy to deal with, sent a template to the company, quick turnaround and very comfy.
S
I absolutely love ❤️ it . It was the exact fit. It’s so comfortable it’s unbelievable

I sleep on the dinette in our camper and the seat cushions were not all that comfortable. I am so happy we ordered a custom mattress for it. I get such a great night's sleep and the custom fitted sheet that we also purchased was perfect. It's a perfect fit and I don't bottom out on it. It may only be 4" thick but it stays nice and firm.

We recently ordered a Levi custom mattress for our camper. The ordering support team could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable , and helpful. We had to have an angle cut and a hinge. Within 2 weeks we had our mattress carefully packed and it fit perfect. We just slept on it this weekend and it was so comfortable. Your mattress was Purfect at a very reasonable price. Thank you.

I purchased a Class B RV and the original cushions just didn’t hold up for me. So I googled and found Custom Mattress Factory. I spoke with Cait and she helped me thru the purchase process. When I received the mattresses I took them to a boat upholstery place and had them covered to keep everything easy to clean. Thank you CMF for doing what you do.

I received my mattress yesterday and it's PERFECT!! Thank you for all of you help! Ps: fed ex delivered it to the wrong address/a clothing store. I had to go pick it up. I have filed a complaint with Fed-Ex. You may want to rethink your delivery options.

We just received our mattress that arrived in a small box. We opened it up and voila it puffed up to full size. Laying on it feels great but we will have to come back and fully review once we've had a few weeks sleeping on it.

The mattress I ordered is perfect - fit and comfort! At first I was sceptical because it arrived in such a small box, but once i cut the plastic I really enjoyed the transformation from a flat roll into a beautiful mattress. It was like magic! How do you do that?!?! You were a pleasure to work with, and I will recommend your product to family and friends. Thank you!

Thank you to Vincent and Christie for helping me get a mattress that fits my antique bed perfectly.

I had to have a mattress made to fit my antique bed. I ordered the mattress and in two weeks, it was on my doorstep. It is a perfect fit and is very comfortable. I am very happy, and would highly recommend custom mattress factory!
R
I admit that I had some doubts that you could make my mattress simply from measurements I provided. I'm happy to report I was wrong in my doubts. The mattress arrived and fits perfect! I'm so very happy with the fit and how it feels. Thank you !!!!

Our custom RV mattress is everything it was promised to be and more. The process was smooth: starting with superior customer support from reps who answered all our ordering questions. Delivery was really fast, and the product quality is remarkable. Our new mattress is extremely comfortable - it's like being at home! We must have looked at 15 different sites selling RV mattresses, but we certainly settled on the right company for our needs. THANK YOU!

Great mattress
M
I have trouble sleeping so the only things that work are firm or springy beds. This one is great and very firm and I’m able to sleep and wake up wondering if it’s a week later lol, all that’s left to compete this is the bed frame
F
We looked all over for a mattress that would fit our van build. Soooo expensive, then we found custom mattress factory, I thought it was a scam it was so cheap. So I actually called and spoke to a human before I ordered . She assured me they were real, they shit our mattress to specs and it is perfect. I can’t reccomend eniugh.

We ordered a custom mattress from CMF for our trundle bed because nothing standard would fit it. It was very easy to place the order online. The mattress arrived eight days from the date that we ordered it. It’s beautiful and it fits the trundle perfectly.

I order the medium firm and every morning I wake up with a serious back ache. It is extremely firm. If ICould compress it for shipping I would send it back. Your medium firms are more firm than expected.. Dissatisfied Customer
Hi George, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you’re waking up with a backache—that is definitely not the experience we want you to have, and we genuinely wish you were getting a more restful night's sleep. We completely understand how tricky it can be to find the perfect comfort level. To help clarify for you and anyone browsing, our Levi model is actually specifically designed to be a true firm mattress—it's the firmest RV option we make. Because everyone's sleep preferences are so unique, a true firm can definitely feel a bit intense if you were expecting a medium-firm. We want to help make this right and get you that comfortable sleep surface you need. Adding a plush memory foam topper is a fantastic way to bring the mattress down to that perfect 'medium-firm' feel while keeping the excellent support of the Levi underneath. We will be reaching out to you directly via email shortly to go over some topper options together and find a solution that works for your rig. Warmly, The CMF Team

Contacted CMF and requested a 70 x 80 Extra Firm Mattress. The Mattress arrived way before the Date Expected. The Mattress was very well packaged and Easy to unpack and set-up. The Best part is it is FIRM and way better than what came in the RV.

The 6 inch Levi mattress are a major upograde from the original mattresses in our RV. They are a perfect fit for our unusual size beds. The quality is what you would expect in a mattress for your home. The comfort is outstanding! The foam provides good support and isn't too hard. It's not memory foam, so you don't sink down into it and it doesn't overheat you. The matresses are lightweight enough so we can easily pull them off the beds to access plumbing and storage compartments underneath. And delivery was quicker than expected! We couldn't be happier.
