Hi there! Ever since I can remember, I’ve always wanted to buy a Texas king bed, I’m a combat veteran, I’m 6’5 350 lbs! First and foremost, Custom Mattress factory is amazing! They kept continuous contact with me to let know how everything was going, while my mattress was being constructed. They let me know when they was sending the item, and gave me clear instructions over the phone which left zero chances of misunderstanding, the normal written instructions. It arrived fast and flawless, I’ve never seen such detail and expertise go into something so big, so fast! The mattress is amazingly comfortable and actually much much better than I expected! Thank you for being so amazing

GREAT quality, service, and sleep. 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

We purchased this mattress because we needed a mattress larger than a king due to our fur babies not wanting to share space. I waited to write a review to try it out first and I’m here to say that it’s everything we wanted! Very comfortable! Very roomy! And the dogs still sleep right up under us! lol. It’s a bit more difficult to find bedding for it but well worth it.

We are loving our oversized mattress. Perfect quality and great service from the customer team.

Extremely comfortable. Helps my back pain and I now sleep better than I have in years.

I ordered the Texas king size mattress and it is the perfect size for my family. And the mattress is beyond comfortable. I can recommend the medium firmness if you like a balance of firm and soft.

My goodness this mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. Even my dog likes it.

This mattress seems to align my spine perfectly which I'm able to fully relax my back. I definitely recommend this mattress to anyone who's had back surgery like I have.

The biggest problem with my new mattress is I don't want to get out of bed anymore! I haven;t slept this good thru the night in months. A+

Good price, good mattress.

Nice mattress

Received my new mattress last week, and it's very comfortable. Very happy with the customer service I've received.

My husband and I would like to let you know how wonderful we think our new bed from you is! After suffering for years myself with back pain and sleepless nights, I convinced my husband that we needed a newer bed. Searching online we discovered you. Neither of us had heard your name before, probably because we had always purchased cheap mattresses that did not last. We spoke with a very polite and knowledgeable mattress expert and decided on a custom mattress. Now to put it to the real test. I am now sleeping through the night most of the time and wake up feeling rested for the first time in 20 years! And I just realized this morning that I roll out of bed without any type of pain in my back, hips, etc. My husband is also very satisfied with this purchase. Every night as we crawl into bed he proclaims "I love this bed!" We have told many friends about you and you can bet we will be customers for life!

This mattress suites my needs which change everynight. From back to side to stomach sleeping. Pleased!
