Ive dealt with many companies over the yrs and have never had a more enjoyable experience as i had with this company, we had a deadline for leaving in out class A by the 24 of jan. And our bed platform was odd between a king and queen with 10 degree corners. They sent me a kingsly along with two sets of custom made sheets, delivered on the 18th right on time and perfect! We replaced the original mattress in our HR Vacationer 2020 35K, motorhome. What a big difference. Out of all the research I did on custom RV mattresses, I kept coming back to the Custom Mattress Factory, I wanted a custom size, they were one of a few that does complete custom sizes for a reasonable cost. A big bonus is it only weighs 55 lbs., vs 105 lbs. that the original mattress weighed. Very pleased with their customer service and high quality mattress. Thank You CMF.

I am 6’7” 250#. My wife and I ordered a Wyoming (84” X 84”) 10” mattress last year for our Florida vacation home. We liked it so much we ordered another identical mattress to replace our our Temperpedic king at our main residence. Vincent was a delight to work with. The hardest part was finding foundations at a reasonable cost. I had a fabricator make metal bases with plywood tops for both beds since bed skirts would cover the metal legs. We used Vant panels that attach to the walls instead of headboards for both beds. Most importantly, both mattresses are very comfortable. Not too soft and not too firm.

In August I purchased a cool 2002 fiberglass travel trailer. Unfortunately, it came with an old smelly 20yr old mattress (who wants to sleep on a used, 20yr mattress?). The trailer and mattress were manufactured in Canada, and therefore the cost/shipping for replacement mattress was astronomical (would you believe $1,600 for shipping?!). Thank goodness I found Custom Mattress Factory. I ordered a custom shaped Levi mattress. CMF was in contact with me every step of the process. They even had me make a template of my old mattress. The new mattress is not only a perfect fit, but it has a great soft but firm feel. And I love that is is made of organic cotton! My trailer has a new lease on life. My special restoration project of this 1850's bed was made a lot more affordable & doable because of this mattress company. A decade or more back, a custom mattress and box spring would set me back $4-6K. I was facing this because of the Victorian English origins on this bed and the metrics of it. In my searching online, I came across this custom maker of RV mattresses and began to wonder if a crossover could be made. Sure enough after a quick call to the company and a conversation with a highly friendly customer service sales rep, the game was a'foot! I was delighted in learning that with my bed's slats, it would be unlikely a box spring would be necessary which proved to be correct! The mattress arrived lightning fast at no additional shipping cost and in a very manageable box that was much smaller than I originally conceived and my measurements were spot on as the mattress fell perfectly into place. Highly comfortable too! Bonus for the Made In The USA aspect!

So very happy with the mattress we ordered. Not only did it ship quickly but it fit PERFECTLY! Custom size for a sprinter van! We got 7 inch and we love the firmness! 100% would recommend this company!

This is our second mattress. We have one in our motorhome and bought the same for our house. Best sleep we have got in a long time we bought the Kingsley, king size, 12 inch thick. Awesome quality, all custom made. Takes about 3 weeks to receive but worth the wait.

I got the Kinsley mattress!! I’m a truck driver and needed something better than foam to sleep on but I tried to get a twin xl from a big box store and it didn’t fit my truck needed a 34x80! Needed to find one that would fit lead me here and I’m glad it did the mattress fits perfectly and extremely comfortable for a 230 pound person!

My wife is enjoying it. I wish that it was a little firmer. But it's many times better than what was in our RV.

The size was right. The finish looks very professional. Unfortunately the mattress is very soft and doesn’t appear to have any firmness to it. As you as you sit you squish right to the bottom. Laying on the mattress provides little support. I’m disappointed for what it cost.

This mattress has saved our RVing! It is so much more comfortable than our last mattress. We can sleep through the night with no soreness. We can each roll over and not disturb the other.
