Sandy in Customer Service was very knowledgeable and helpful so I would know exactly what size of mattress to order for our antique bed. I ordered on June 20 and mattress was delivered on June 29th! Exactly 9 days to make and ship a custom mattress! Amazing! The mattress fits perfectly and is super comfortable. The bed looks wonderful! I highly recommend this company.

I checked them out online. measured my old foam pad that was in the sleeper on my 22FT Sea Ray. I was given a price quote which was very reasonable. Got it on order and was glad to see it arrive. Ordered a one inch shorter than standard king mattress for our new RV so when the slide was pulled in it didn't push into our dresser. Tried a standard "mattress in a box" to replace the stock one (see photo). Custom factory great fit made to our dimensions one inch shorter and problem solved. Sleeps great!

Custom fit was needed. They fit great and are head and shoulders above what was there.

The new mattress fit perfectly in the bed of our Chevy Silverado 1500 truck. I built a platform for the mattress. Sunny sewed some curtains for the canopy windows and now we have a very economical place to sleep while we camp. Warmth won’t be an issue with our new electric blanket and Goal Zero deep cycle battery unit plus the insulation I put in the truck bed. The mattress itself is going to provide a ton of insulation. 6” deep it is incredibly soft material and supports our bodies well. Not to firm and not too soft The mattress arrived in perfect condition and unpacked and rolled out in a couple of minutes. We put it on the platform and it was ready to go. Our first road trip is 3000 miles around the Pacific Northwest including Yellowstone and the grand Teton Mountains. Lots of sack time after a full day of driving. This mattress is sure to be a welcome addition to our camping gear. No more cots or ground sleeping ( except when we backpack into the backcountry)?After the summer camping / hiking season is over I will send you an update on the mattress condition. It should see about 5000 miles over the next several months. I am pleased with the overall experience as the pricing was fair and the product superior to any and all competitors.

Just installed my mattress in my 1986 SeaRay Weekender,was a perfect fit,great customer service when ordering and speedy delivery,shipped in 6 weeks,did the measure kit before storing boat for winter,will go in the water tomorrow! I will definitely recommend your company to friends. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE my new mattress! They made the buying experience extremely easy. They took into account what I like and what my sleeping habits are and made me a custom mattress perfect for me! Couldn't be happier!

I'm disappointed that we had nothing short of a terrible experience with CMF - especially given all the great reviews on this site. I ordered 2 of the same size mattress. Only 1 arrived and barely within the time frame promised (which was an important deadline). The mattress arrived 1" shorter than ordered. I asked the company to confirm before making the missing mattress that the size is correct. The new (missing mattress) arrived 2" shorter than ordered. Keep in mind, CMF advised us to order 1" shorter than the actual inset on our antique beds to allow room for bedding. So, the difference in size actually had a pretty significant impact.They did offer (and grant me) a full refund. I would advise caution ordering from them.

With the help of your staff we ordered 2 new mattresses for our Carver Aft Cabin. They are absolutely fabulous. Easy to get into the boat in the boxes then voila they expand into fantastic mattresses. Beyond satisfied.

Their mattresses are made to order, so there was a slight shipping delay. When contacted, they where extremely helpful and informative. We really liked sleeping on the mattress. The firmness and distribution of heat is perfect. We highly recommend this mattress.

We settled on Custom Mattress Factory and their eco foam Grayson. It came quickly, fit perfectly to our given dimensions, had no odor, and is extremely comfortable.
